Project Coordinator
Description & Responsibilities
- Preparing Copies of reports for monthly reporting.
- Assist with the transmittal of information, replication of information on Shop Drawings, etc. as needed by the Project Management teams

- Assisting with gathering closeout documents
- Creating spreadsheets
- Comparing documents for review against project requirements
- Ordering plans/specs & picking them up
- Filling notice of commencements
- Help call on subs for bid participation
- Assist management with change order documentation
- Help in setting up job site utility accounts
- Help track group equipment rentals
- Help create and distribute training documents fromDM/OM
- Help check and maintain compliance on insurance, contract executions, and SDS Compile and transfer documents
- Helps with office organization and arranges for cleanup/maintenance requests as needed
- Sending out pay applications
- Assist with drafting purchase orders
