Reliant Renal Care – Kenner

Interior build out of two first generation suites in an existing strip center into Reliant Home Choice prototypical dialysis training facility. Building was built on reclaimed wetlands just outside New Orleans and required extensive rework of existing building on slab.

Reliant Renal Care offers patients a range of options for dialysis, from in-center clinics to training for at-home care. The company selected Ecker to manage dialysis construction for its Kenner, LA facility, a Home Choice training center.

To meet the requirements of this high-quality medical building, Ecker renovated the interior of two first-generation suites in an existing strip mall. The site of the build was an area of reclaimed wetlands just outside of New Orleans; as a result, we reworked the existing building and slab to add the necessary strength and stability.
