Chase serves households nationwide with financial services that include personal banking, small business lending, and mortgages. The company hired Ecker to manage its bank construction in Jacksonville, FL.
We conducted the project as a build-out of an existing site, which included new, upgraded finishes. The site—a live-work building in the middle of a busy section of the city—created significant logistical challenges, particularly for the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades. Ecker Construction overcame these conditions by limiting the impact of noise from the work and by staying in close communication with staff and tenants of the building.
